Bulk- Grass Fed & Finished Beef Deposit

You can use this payment feature to reserve your whole, half or quarter of beef. Please Indicate in the comments section when you check out whether you are wishing to reserve a quarter (aka split-side) or a half. Your deposit will be deducted from the total due at pickup.

In 2025 we moved to a “standard package” option for our halves and split sides or as some call them quarters.  These packages take the guesswork out of what you receive back in packaged product and they are a set price.  We found often that the industry model of charging on the “hot hanging weight”  with a cut sheet to be completed by the customer was confusing and left some uncertainties about what they should expect to receive back in finished product and about total cost.

HALF COW PACKAGE – STANDARD

Our standard half package helps people get the most out of a half of beef at a set price and its the one that we sell most.

It includes the following for a set price of $1599.00 Effective July 1st 2025

100 lbs of 90/10 lean ground beef in 1# packs
14 Ribeye Steaks (7lbs approx) cut 1 inch thick
14 New York Strips (7lb approx) cut 1 inch thick
10 Sirloin (5lb approx) baseball cut 1 inch thick
8 Filet Steaks (3# approx) 1.25 thick cut
8# Beef for Stew or Kabob
8# Sirloin Beef Tips
6# Tenderized Cubed Steak
10# Chuck Roast (Approx 2.5# each for a total of approx 4 total)
10# Sirloin Roast (Approx 2.5# each for a total of approx 4 total)
10# London Broil (Approx 2.5# each for a total of approx 4 total)

This package includes a total approximate weight of 175lbs of vacuum sealed beef.

*Bones and organ meats can be included upon request at no additional cost.

 

 

All counts of cuts are approximate but the weights listed per cut will be priority. For example you might receive 13 Ribeye steaks opposed to 14 but we will make sure that the total weight is equal to or greater than 7lbs.

 

SPLIT SIDE PACKAGE – (QUARTER COW)

Our split side package which is our 1/4 cow.  This package incorporates cuts from both the front and hind quarters into one package so you don’t have to choose and it maximizes the amount of beef and cuts our customers receive back.

Its at a set price of $849 and includes the following. Effective July 1st 2025

50 lbs of 90/10 lean ground beef in 1# packs
7 Ribeye Steaks (3.5lbs approx) cut 1 inch thick
7 New York Strips (3.5lb approx) cut 1 inch thick
5 Sirloin (2.5lb approx) baseball cut 1 inch thick
4 Filet Steaks (1.75# approx) 1.25 thick cut
4# Beef for Stew or Kabob
4# Sirloin Beef Tips
3# Tenderized Cubed Steak
5# Chuck Roast (Approx 2.5# each for a total of approx 2 total)
5# Sirloin Roast (Approx 2.5# each for a total of approx 2 total)

This package includes a total approximate weight of 85lbs of vacuum sealed beef.

All counts of cuts are approximate but the weights listed per cut will be priority. For example you might receive 6 Ribeye steaks opposed to 7 but we will make sure that the total weight is equal to or greater than 3.5lbs.

 

This price includes custom packaging, USDA inspections and vacuum seal packaging for long freezer life.  Our bulk purchase process is as follows, once a deposit is received we match you with an available processing date, typical turn around times from the time your order is placed until you are ready to pickup is approximately 4-6 weeks.
