Fresh Beef Monthly

We offer our cows plenty of grass, room to roam, fresh water & sunshine. Pasture born raised and humanely handled at all times. USDA Certified processing with an organic and grass fed specific hanging cooler for our 21 day aging process. Vacuum-plastic wrapped individual cuts for longer freezer life.

Our Monthly Delivery CSA (Community Supported Agriculture Program) or as we like to call it our “Farm 2 Hand” project is designed in Full and Half Shares. This feature is designed to work similar to the concept of Hello Fresh, Blue Apron, or Amazon Fresh (we are not affiliated and all of these examples are registered trademarks)

A full share is designed to feed a typical family of four, 2-3 times per week – That is 57 total servings average serving size is 5.3oz.

Half Shares are ideal for smaller families of 2 people. – This option includes 30 total servings average serving size is 5.3oz.

We offer monthly pick-up/delivery year around, but will be on a bi-annual contract renewal meaning when you sign up you are agreeing to accept delivery monthly for a period of six months.  Program Members will have first option to purchase additional a la carte items upon request based upon availability at reduced wholesale rates.

Payment and contract terms: Your initial order initiates your contract, boxes will be packed and ready for pick-up/delivery or shipping on or around the 15th of each month.  Shipped items will be shipped on only Mon-Wednesday to guarantee fresh delivery and no weekend layovers.

Every month after your initial order you will receive a text message to the number that you include on your initial order form on or around the 11th or 12th of the month. This text message will include a PayPal link for your payment and will include pickup times, shipping days etc. this would also be the time if you need other cuts added to your order to let us know that a well.
