Our bulk beef price is based upon the hot hanging weight of the animal. Quarters are priced as $799.00 a flat fee, this is a package of cuts from both the front and hind quarters and offers a larger variety of cuts and a better overall value (for a complete list of cuts included feel free to email us at info@aandmfarmsbeef.com) . Halves & wholes are priced at $5.95/lb on the hot hanging weight. This price includes custom packaging, USDA inspections and vacuum seal packaging for long freezer life. Our bulk purchase process is as follows, once a deposit is received we match you with an available processing date, typical turn around times from the time your order is placed until you are ready to pickup is approximately 4-6 weeks.
