Final cost will be based on the actual hanging weight of the animal at a rate of $5.20/lb and will be due at pick-up/delivery. Your payment is a deposit to guarantee delivery of the product. We will be back in touch with you regarding a cut sheet, you will have the ability to customize the processing and packaging to best fit your needs. Typical hanging weight of a whole animal at harvest is 185 pounds.
